To prevent cockroaches, ants, and mosquitoes in the house, nature gives us a natural mixture that is deadly to insects but safe for humans.
As the weather gets warmer, we start to notice more bugs appearing in our home.
To avoid attracting them to your home, the first step is to keep it very clean. Let's begin in the kitchen and make sure that the sugar, flour, salt, and leftover food are tightly sealed to avoid attracting pests looking for scraps. We always make sure to close the trash can, we don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, and we keep the stove in great shape. We clean the floors after every meal to get rid of crumbs.
We checked that there is no standing water: insects are drawn to it, and like us, it is essential for their survival.
By being careful, we try not to use chemicals or industrial products to avoid their presence or stop them from coming in. Besides being bad for our health and the environment, they also harm pollinators. We need to protect their existence as best we can, for the sake of the planet.
Luckily, we can make a strong insect killer using only natural and safe materials. With it, we can also get rid of bugs like mealybugs and aphids from the plants. In summary, you are going to find a very powerful combination that can eliminate and stop any parasite infestations.
I made a strong bug spray and now I don't have cockroaches, ants, or mosquitoes in my house anymore.
To make this strong insect-killing spray, you need:
1 cup of white vinegar; 2 cinnamon sticks; 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda; 1 cup of liquid floor cleaner.
Let's begin with the first ingredient: white vinegar is a natural germ-fighter that can stop germs and bacteria from spreading. Its strong smell bothers insects and animals with sensitive noses. They also dislike cinnamon. The mix of these two ingredients is a great weapon in our fight against mosquitoes, ants, and cockroaches.
Grab an empty spray bottle. Put vinegar and detergent inside. Next, add a cinnamon stick and baking soda. Attach the tip and shake well. Now, leave it for at least 24 hours. This will allow all the ingredients to mix well and the stick to absorb the alcohol, making a significant difference.
After waiting, spray it all over the room, in the corners, on the window ledges, curtains, carpets, floor, and also on the plants.
And you can keep pests away for many days!
Simple, isn't it?
