Mom leaves “baby” in car while she shops at Target – promises others that he’s OK

These days, it seems like every step you take in public might potentially be recorded and shared online.

We are firmly in the age of viral stories and clips, when embarrassing, humorous, and often very intimate videos and photos of ourselves can be uploaded and shared immediately online.

Of course, power may be abused, but it can also be used for good sometimes; for example, when individuals are held accountable for their actions.

When an Instagram photo purportedly displaying a letter written by a woman who had left her baby in the vehicle to go shopping at Target went viral in early March, I believe that's what the internet believed was happening.

Must be enough to stop the heart, right? Don't be alarmed; there's more going on here than what you can see.

In March, influencer Bonnie Engle made her Instagram debut with a clip that swiftly gained traction online. Ever since it was uploaded, the video has racked up millions of views and more than a thousand comments.

A close-up of a handwritten note that reads, "My baby is OK." is taped inside a vehicle window in the aforementioned video. He has his snack and drink! At the moment, I am in Target. Come back shortly!

Many viewers were startled enough by the message alone to stop watching the video.

Many moviegoers, however, saw right away that Engle is more of a naughty wife than a horrible mother. Some seconds after the previously mentioned close-up on the window message, the camera pans back, revealing that Engle's husband is really the one in the vehicle with the infant.

With the message "Please no judgment," the influencer posted a video on Instagram. He has peace of mind and is well.

Her partner is seen casually snacking on popcorn as they wait inside the vehicle.

Thankfully, some commenters thought Bonnie's video was funny.

"My heart dropped and then I LMAO," one writer commented.

Someone another added, "It's much easier to just leave them in the car."

I almost lost it for one instant there... "I was also surprised by that," a third individual said.

Several of Engels' postings are reportedly humorous and perfect for moms who can relate to the struggles of being a parent on a daily basis.

After seeing Bonnie's video, what were your thoughts? Post your thoughts and feelings in the comment area.

There was definitely some amusement in this video, but please remember that it is very dangerous to leave children (or pets) in hot automobiles at any time.

Whether you found Bonnie's short funny or not, sharing this article will help us convey an important message.
